What’s included in your custom home building process?

How do you price custom homes and remodels?
We use cost-plus pricing, which means you see every invoice and every expense. There are no hidden markups, just full transparency.
How long does it take to build a custom home?
Most custom builds take between six and twelve months, depending on size, complexity and weather. We provide a detailed timeline before we begin and keep you updated throughout.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We take care of all the permitting your build or renovation requires, and we make sure the project complies with local codes and stays on track.
Can you work within my budget?
Yes. We talk openly about your goals and help you make decisions that keep the project aligned with your priorities and your finances.
What areas do you serve?
When should I start planning my project?
The earlier the better, especially if you have a specific timeline in mind. Spring and summer are the busiest seasons, but we build year-round.

What kinds of remodeling do you offer?

Do you build additions like second stories or sunrooms?
Yes. We build all types of additions, including second floors, basements, sunrooms, in-law suites and extra bathrooms, customized to fit your home and how you live in it.
Do you offer decorative concrete work?
Absolutely. We install stamped, colored and textured concrete for patios, porches, walkways, retaining walls and more.
Can you install siding on my new or existing home?
Yes. We install engineered wood and fiber cement siding, high-quality materials designed to last for decades and to improve curb appeal.
Do you provide framing services for other builders?
We do. Other contractors hire us to frame houses, barns, sheds, garages and apartments. Framing is one of our most requested services.
Do you frame agricultural structures like barns or sheds?
Yes. Alongside residential framing we build frames for barns, stables, agricultural shops and other utility buildings.

Can you help me design a home from the ground up?

Do you provide interior design support?
We do. Parker spent years in a flooring and interiors showroom before he started building, so he can help you make choices that balance how a room looks, how it works and what it costs.
Can I choose every detail in my custom home?
Yes. You have a say in everything: floor plan, finishes, fixtures, materials, wall textures. It is your home, built your way.
Can you help me evaluate or prep a lot before building?
Yes. We can assess your land, determine whether it is buildable and take care of the site prep needed to get started.
Can you build a home that works for multigenerational living?
Absolutely. We design spaces that support shared living while keeping privacy intact, with in-law suites, detached units and extra bedrooms or baths.
